Isotech reflects on a successful week as Platinum Sponsor

The Isotech team has returned from TEMPMEKO–ISHM 2025, held in Reims, France, the leading international conference for temperature and humidity metrology.

As a Platinum Sponsor, we were proud to support this important event and to meet so many colleagues and friends from National Metrology Institutes, accredited laboratories, and the worldwide temperature community.

This marked Isotech’s 15th attendance since 1993, reflecting our long-standing commitment to supporting the global temperature metrology community. This year, we brought more equipment than ever before, showcasing both established and brand-new innovations in temperature calibration. For many visitors, it was the first opportunity to see our new microK² thermometry bridge, the TRU² Thermocouple Reference Unit, and the forthcoming −115°C Dry Block, extending Isotech’s range back into the ultra-low temperature region.

Other highlights included:

• Our Model 881 Thermocouple Homogeneity Scanner, a unique system for identifying inhomogeneity effects
• Updates to the Model 471 Argon Triple Point System
• A range of ITS-90 Fixed Point Cells, including a new Carbon Dioxide Cell, which was also featured in the conference proceedings through a presentation by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL)
• Our SPRTs, Ratio Bridge Calibrator, and a wide range of calibration equipment, including the microK² Precision Thermometry Bridge, milliK Precision Thermometer and millisKanner, Model 547 Thermocouple Calibration Furnace, Model 798O Liquid Bath, and Blackbody Cells for infrared calibration
• The Model 991 Tympanic Thermometer Checker, designed for medical testing

All were very well received, drawing strong interest and valuable technical discussions throughout the week.

We were also pleased to host a networking dinner for the international temperature metrology community. Over 50 delegates joined us for an enjoyable evening of conversation and connection. Our sincere thanks to everyone who attended.

TEMPMEKO–ISHM 2025 was a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and demonstrate Isotech’s continued leadership in temperature metrology.
